Just gave another successful educational talk on Managing Stress and Relaxation.
Very interesting group, all recently suffered a major health episode and now starting to recover, with the help and support of the amazing team from the hospital.
Today there seemed to be a theme of, Work being a significant stressor, this is always a hard one, as jobs are important in life but finding the balance of life/work can be difficult.
I would recommend that everyone questions this before a health issue forces you to.
For me it is about becoming aware of your stress, recognising that you may be stressed and then this allows you to have choices about how to deal with it and how relaxation can help.
