Counselling provides you with a comfortable, non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment where you can voice and explore personal difficulties, private thoughts and feelings from your own experience with the knowledge that what you say will be received with sensitivity and kept confidential.
These issues may include Relationships Issues, Abuse, Low Self-esteem, Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorders, Addictions, Loss and Grief, Trauma, Sexuality, Eating disorders, Panic Disorders plus many others.
Counselling is proven to release blocks. Provide insight into behavioural patterns or relationship dynamics or it may stimulate motivation and clearer direction in your life.
Other reasons for seeking counselling may be more non-specific, like feeling that your life is confused, you may find that you are at a cross roads and need help in choosing the way forward, or you may wish to enhance your on-going personal development, or to raise your self-awareness.
